SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
- What are the delivery charges?
BAIPL offers a custom rate of consignment as per quantity and destination charges as actuals, including minimal operational charges, irrespective of the number of products ordered for shipping to select states in the country. Delivery charges above ₹2000 are free.
- What is the estimated delivery time?
From dispatch to delivery of the shipment, it usually takes 2–7 working days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take a longer time than it usually takes.
Once you place the order, you will be notified of the placement of the order. Day, date, and time of dispatching the order and the delivery of the order. So, we suggest you check your email or your inbox from time to time.
We, under any circumstances, don’t accept any cancellation once we dispatch the order from our side from our fulfillment center if the cancellation request is received after 24 hours of placing the order.
The time from placing the order to its shipment is 2–3 business days from the time of placing the order. We always make sure that we deliver all the products in good condition and as fast as possible.
- Are there any hidden costs (Sales Tax, Octroi, etc.) on BAIPL products?
There are no hidden charges when you purchase BAIPL products. The price you see on the product is exactly what you would pay. The applicable GST on Ayurveda Products is 12%. Sales Tax, Octroi, etc., if applicable in the state of consumption, is the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged by BAIPL.
- What does “Out of Stock” mean?
“Out of Stock” means that currently, these BAIPL products are not available for sale. Please write to us at email@blissayurvedaindia.com requesting product availability.
- Does BAIPL deliver internationally?
As of now, BAIPL doesn’t deliver items internationally. You will be able to make your purchases on the BAIPL website from anywhere in the world with credit or debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
