Bliss Ayurveda has conducted 3rd Ayurveda Course from 28th November 2014 to 7th December 2014 in Baku, Azerbaijan. The course was conducted by Dr. Ravi Raghuvanshi, Senior Doctor/ Vaidya at Bliss Ayurveda. The course comprises detailed lectures on Basics of Ayurveda & Panchkarma and the practical management of the problem using the knowledge of Ayurveda herbs and products. He also spoke about Life style routines, Healthy Foods & Emotional Wellbeing and how all this connects to our Physical, Mental, Social and Spiritual well-being. Dr. Ravi Raghuvanshi also conducted Ayurveda Consultation Programs during his visit.
