Take 1-2 tablet two times a day after meals with water for minimum of 3-4 months. In case of repeated episodes of diarrhoea and more pronounced abdominal cramps take 2-3 tablets three times a day for 4-5 days and then maintain regular dose of 1-2 tablet thereafter.
